1. PURPOSE

Moblion Limited (“Moblion,” “we,” “our”) is a leading publisher of mobile games played by millions worldwide. To protect our intellectual property, player trust, and competitive edge, we require all employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates to maintain strict confidentiality. This policy safeguards: Unannounced games and features Source code and build versions Player and user data Publishing agreements and sales data Marketing strategies and influencer relationships

2. SCOPE

This policy applies to all: Employees (full-time, part-time, remote) Freelancers, contractors, and interns External publishing partners and QA vendors Influencers and content creators under NDA with Moblion Third parties handling Moblion data must agree in writing to terms at least as restrictive as this policy.

3. WHAT CONSTITUTES CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Confidential information includes any non-public data related to Moblion’s business or operations, including but not limited to:

🎮 Game Development & Publishing Unreleased game titles, codenames, trailers, or artwork Build versions, patch notes, or beta access links Engine modifications, SDK integrations, monetization logic

💻 Technical & Source Code Proprietary code, algorithms, server architecture User authentication flows, anti-cheat mechanisms Internal tools and dashboards

👥 Player & Business Data User email addresses, device IDs, purchase history (anonymized or raw) Daily Active Users (DAU), revenue reports, LTV models Publisher contracts, licensing terms, platform payout rates

📈 Marketing & Partnerships Influencer campaign budgets and deliverables Unpublished ad creatives, store listings, or press releases Acquisition discussions or merger talks Public information (e.g., published press releases, app store descriptions) is not considered confidential.

4. EMPLOYEE & CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

All individuals covered by this policy must:

✅ Protect Access Access confidential data only when required for your role. Do not share login credentials, build links, or internal Slack/Discord content externally.

✅ Device & Data Security Company-issued devices must use full-disk encryption. Confidential files must not be stored on personal devices without IT approval. Screenshots of internal dashboards or unreleased builds are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

✅ Communication Do not discuss unreleased features or internal metrics in public spaces (Twitter, Reddit, Discord servers, Telegram groups, etc.). When working in public (cafés, co-working spaces), use privacy screens and avoid displaying sensitive content.

✅ NDAs with Influencers & Partners All external testers, content creators, and localization partners must sign a Moblion-approved NDA before receiving any confidential materials. You are responsible for ensuring NDAs are in place before sharing pre-release builds.

6. BREACH REPORTING

If you suspect or discover a breach of confidentiality: Immediately revoke access if possible (e.g., reset token, remove collaborator). Report within 1 hour to: IT Security – security@moblion.com HR / Compliance – hr@moblion.com Emergency Tel: +852 51299166 Do not discuss the breach publicly or with unauthorized colleagues. Breaches include: Accidental sharing of a beta build on a public forum Unauthorized access by a former employee Leak of internal metrics to a competitor Theft or loss of a company device

7. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Violation of this policy may result in: Immediate termination of employment or contract Legal action including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal fees Reporting to relevant authorities if player data is compromised (e.g., HK PDPO, GDPR) Moblion reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All employees, contractors, and covered third parties must sign this acknowledgment. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Moblion Limited Confidentiality Policy. I understand that confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely after my relationship with Moblion ends, for information that remains non-public or constitutes a trade secret.
